Objective
To ensure the beach access area of the hospitality facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
Cleaning Methods
Begin by gathering all visible rubbish and debris, then place it in the appropriate rubbish bin.
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to sanitise handrails, seating, and other touchpoints.
Sweep all hard surfaces to eliminate sand and dirt, then mop using an appropriate cleaning solution.
Clean and sanitise toilets and change rooms, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and clean the bin using a disinfectant.
Dampen a cloth and thoroughly wipe down all signage and information boards.
Inspect the pathway and entry point, removing any litter or debris.

FailSignificant rubbish or debris; surfaces are dirty; strong odour present; bins are overflowing; signage is dirty and unreadable.
