Objective
To ensure the Pool Bar area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Start by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth to trap and prevent the re-dispersion of dust.
Sanitise the bar counter and table thoroughly using a food-safe sanitiser, ensuring all surfaces are meticulously cleaned.
Mop the floor using a neutral pH cleaner appropriate for the flooring type, ensuring no slippery residues are left behind.

Clean the sink and tap using a non-abrasive cleaner, ensuring all soap scum and watermarks are thoroughly removed.
Clean glassware and utensils using a dishwasher or by hand with hot water and detergent, ensuring they are thoroughly dried and polished.
Ensure all high-touch areas are thoroughly wiped down with a disinfectant wipe, covering all surfaces completely.
Inspect poolside furniture, wiping it down with a damp cloth and removing any debris.
Ensure the hand sanitiser dispensers are functioning correctly and check if refilling is necessary.
