Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accessible toilets within hospitality facilities, adhering to Australian cleaning standards and practices.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies, making sure to use colour-coded cleaning cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination.
Start by emptying the rubbish bin and replacing the liner.
Apply disinfectant to the toilet bowl, seat, and lid, ensuring an adequate dwell time prior to scrubbing and rinsing.
Thoroughly wipe down all touchpoints using disinfectant wipes to ensure complete coverage.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces with glass cleaner to ensure a streak-free finish.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Commence mopping the floor with a disinfectant solution, beginning from the furthest corner and progressing towards the exit.
Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
Dampen a cloth and dust all horizontal surfaces to effectively capture dust and prevent its dispersal.
