Hospitality - Lift Lobby

ANCMF-AU-H-LL-01

Objective
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the lift lobby of a hospitality facility, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies, ensuring that colour-coded cloths are utilised for different surfaces to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin by dusting all horizontal surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth.
Sanitise and wipe the lift button and panel thoroughly using a disinfectant wipe, ensuring all touchpoints are comprehensively cleaned.
Vacuum the carpeted area, ensuring particular attention is paid to corners and edges. Spot clean any stains using a suitable carpet cleaner.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral detergent, ensuring the mop is thoroughly wrung out to prevent excess water. Follow this with a sanitising solution.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and wipe the exterior of the bin using a disinfectant.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth, ensuring a streak-free finish.
Inspect all signage for cleanliness and legibility, wiping down as necessary.
Inspect the ceiling and corners for cobwebs, and remove them using a duster.
