Objective
Ensure the service corridors in hospitality facilities are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, ensuring safety, hygiene, and a pleasant environment for staff and guests.
Cleaning Methods
Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared and equipped with colour-coded cleaning cloths and the suitable cleaning solution.
Begin dusting surfaces using a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Sanitise high-contact areas using a disinfectant spray, then wipe them down with a clean cloth.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpet, ensuring special attention is given to edges and corners.
Mop the hard floor utilising a damp mop and the correct cleaning solution, ensuring no excess water is left on the surface.
Empty the rubbish bin, clean both the interior and exterior, and replace the liner.
Inspect and dust or wipe air vents and grilles as necessary.
Replenish the cleaning supplies and organise the trolley for subsequent use.
