Objective
To ensure the Green Room in hospitality facilities is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Start by arranging the cleaning trolley with all required supplies and equipment, making sure to use colour-coded cloths for different areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Vacuum the carpet and rug meticulously, focusing particularly on corners and areas beneath furniture.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring that no residue is left behind.
Sanitise high-contact areas utilising disinfectant spray and a fresh cloth.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with the facility's protocol.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces using a glass cleaner, ensuring no streaks remain.
Inspect supplies and replenish as necessary, ensuring all items are stocked and accessible.
Rearrange furniture as required to maintain a neat and orderly appearance.
