ANCMF-AU-H-MR-02

Objective
Ensure the meeting room in hospitality facilities is cleaned to the highest Australian standards, providing a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for guests.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies and equipment, making sure to use colour-coded cloths for distinct areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin by dusting all surfaces from top to bottom to collect any falling dust.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpet, ensuring special attention is given to corners and areas beneath furniture.
Mop the hard floor using a damp mop and suitable cleaning solution, ensuring no excess water is left behind.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with facility guidelines.
Sanitise high-touch surfaces by using a disinfectant spray and cloth to wipe them clean.
Clean glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and microfibre cloth to achieve a streak-free finish.
Rearrange the furniture according to the room layout plan and inspect for any maintenance issues to report.
Replenish consumables and ensure the room is ready for use.
