Objective
To ensure the conference room in hospitality facilities is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies and equipment, making sure to use colour-coded cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpeted area, paying particular attention to corners and spaces under furniture.
Commence by dusting all surfaces from high to low, utilising a microfibre cloth to effectively trap dust.
Mop the hard floor utilising a damp mop and the correct cleaning solution, ensuring no excess water is left on the surface.
Empty the rubbish bin, clean it using a disinfectant wipe, and replace the liner.
Sanitise high-contact surfaces using a disinfectant spray, allowing the solution to remain for the recommended duration prior to wiping.
Clean windows and glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and microfibre cloth to eliminate all smudges.
Rearrange the furniture to the standard layout, ensuring all chairs and tables are properly aligned.
Inspect the air vents and ducts, wiping them with a damp cloth if dust is present.
