To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa reception area, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.

Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared with all necessary supplies and equipment, making certain to utilise colour-coded cloths and mops.

Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.

Thoroughly vacuum the carpet and rug, ensuring particular attention is paid to corners and edges.

Mop the hard floor utilising a damp mop and the correct cleaning solution, ensuring no excess water is left on the surface.

Sanitise and wipe high-touch surfaces using a disinfectant solution, ensuring an adequate contact time for optimal effectiveness.

Clean glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth to prevent streaking.

Good	Minor dust on high surfaces. Carpets are mostly clean with minimal debris. Floors have slight streaks. Glass surfaces have minor smudges. No strong odours. Supplies are mostly stocked.
Pass	Noticeable dust on surfaces. Carpets have visible debris. Floors are streaky. Glass surfaces have visible smudges. Mild odours present. Supplies are low but available.
Fail	Heavy dust accumulation. Carpets are dirty with significant debris. Floors are wet or sticky. Glass surfaces are dirty. Strong odours present. Supplies are depleted.
