To ensure the treatment room in the hospitality facility is cleaned to the highest standards, ensuring hygiene, safety, and comfort for all users.

Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies and equipment, ensuring the use of colour-coded cloths and mops.

Sanitise high-contact areas utilising a hospital-grade disinfectant.

Dust all surfaces from top to bottom to prevent recontamination.

Thoroughly vacuum the floor, ensuring particular attention is paid to corners and areas beneath furniture.

Performance Level	Criteria
Excellent	All surfaces are visibly clean and free from dust, dirt, and smudges. No odours present. High-touch areas are sanitised and dry. Floors are spotless with no residue. Supplies are fully stocked.
Good	Surfaces are mostly clean with minimal dust or smudges. No strong odours. High-touch areas are sanitised. Floors are clean with minimal residue. Supplies are mostly stocked.
Pass	Surfaces have some dust or smudges. Mild odours may be present. High-touch areas are mostly sanitised. Floors have some residue. Supplies are low but sufficient.
Fail	Surfaces are visibly dirty with dust and smudges. Strong odours present. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Floors are dirty with visible residue. Supplies are insufficient.
