Objective
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the wine bar, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for patrons and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
Commence by dusting all surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth.
Sanitise high-contact areas using a suitable disinfectant.
Vacuum all carpeted areas and mop hard floors using a neutral cleaner.
Sanitise the toilet and washbasin using a sanitising cleaner, ensuring all surfaces are thoroughly wiped and left dry.
Empty the rubbish bin and replace the liner. Cleaning the bin is a necessary procedure.
Polish glassware and mirrors using a glass cleaner to remove smudges and fingerprints.
Sanitise and wipe down all table surfaces and seating.
