Objective
To ensure the bar area in hospitality facilities is cleaned to the highest Australian standards, maintaining a hygienic and visually appealing environment for patrons and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Commence by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth to collect dust and debris.
Sanitise all bar top tables and seating areas by wiping them down with a sanitising solution, ensuring all surfaces are left streak-free.
Mop the floor using a neutral pH floor cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Sanitise high-contact areas using a disinfectant spray, ensuring an appropriate contact duration for optimal effectiveness.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and sanitise both the interior and exterior of the bin.
Sanitise and clean all glassware and utensils using a commercial dishwasher, ensuring they are free from water spots.
Clean the tap and sink using a non-abrasive cleaner, then polish for a brilliant shine.

PassSurfaces have some dust and streaks. Floors have noticeable residue. Glassware has visible water spots. Mild odours present. High-touch areas have some fingerprints.
FailSurfaces are visibly dirty with dust and streaks. Floors are sticky or dirty. Glassware is cloudy. Strong odours present. High-touch areas are visibly dirty.
