Objective
To ensure the private dining room in hospitality facilities is cleaned to the highest standards, providing a safe, hygienic, and visually appealing environment for guests.
Cleaning Methods
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
Clear the area by eliminating any unsecured items and debris.
Dust all surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth.
Empty the rubbish bin and replace the liner, ensuring the bin is sanitised.
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to vacuum carpets and rugs.
Clean glass surfaces using a streak-free glass cleaner.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH floor cleaner.
Sanitise and wipe the table and chair using a food-safe sanitiser.
Sanitise high-contact areas using a disinfectant spray.
Utilise a ladder to safely clean light fixtures and ceiling fans.
