Hospitality - Business Center

ANCMF-AU-H-BC-01

Objective
To ensure the Business Centre within the hospitality facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Start by arranging the cleaning trolley with all required supplies and equipment, making sure to use colour-coded cleaning cloths for distinct areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working your way downwards.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpet, focusing particularly on high-traffic areas and spaces beneath furniture.
Mop the hard floor utilising a damp mop and the correct cleaning solution, ensuring no excess water is left on the surface.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and clean the bin's exterior with a disinfectant wipe.
Sanitise high-touch surfaces using a disinfectant spray, ensuring to allow sufficient contact time before wiping them dry.
Clean glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth, ensuring no streaks are left behind.
Inspect the furniture for any stains and, if necessary, clean with an appropriate upholstery cleaner.
Inspect consumables and refill as necessary, ensuring all dispensers are functioning correctly.
