Objective
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the hospitality lounge, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies and equipment, making sure to use colour-coded cloths for distinct areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpet and rug, paying special attention to corners and areas under furniture.
Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Sanitise high-contact areas utilising disinfectant spray and a fresh cloth.
Mop the hard floor using an appropriate cleaning solution, ensuring no excess water is left on the floor.

Clean and polish glass surfaces and mirrors using a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
