Objective
Ensure the check-in area of the hospitality facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a welcoming and safe environment for guests.
Cleaning Methods
Start by arranging the cleaning trolley with all the required supplies, making sure to use colour-coded cloths for distinct areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Sanitise high-touch areas by using a disinfectant spray and a clean cloth to wipe them down.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpet and mat, ensuring special attention is given to corners and edges.

Mop the hard floor using a mop and bucket, along with an appropriate cleaning solution. Ensure no excess water is left on the floor.
