Objective
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area of a hospitality facility, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all necessary supplies, ensuring that colour-coded cloths and mops are used.
Begin dusting from the highest surfaces, working downwards, using a microfibre cloth.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpet, ensuring special attention is paid to corners and edges.
Sanitise and wipe high-touch surfaces using an appropriate cloth and disinfectant spray.

Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with the facility's protocol.
Clean glass surfaces using a glass cleaner, ensuring no streaks are left behind.
