Hospitality - Balcony

ANCMF-AU-H-B-01

Objective
Ensure the balcony area in hospitality facilities is cleaned to the highest Australian standards, providing a safe, hygienic, and visually appealing environment for guests.
Cleaning Methods
Begin by collecting all waste and depositing it into the designated rubbish bin.
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to dust all surfaces, commencing from the highest point and working downwards.
Apply a sanitising solution to high-touch surfaces, allowing it to remain for the recommended duration before wiping it clean.
Mop the floor utilising a neutral pH cleaner, making certain no residue is left behind.
Thoroughly sweep the floor, ensuring all debris is collected.
Clean glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth to ensure a streak-free finish.
Inspect and remove any debris from the drain to ensure appropriate water drainage.
