Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies and equipment, making sure to use colour-coded cloths for distinct areas to avoid cross-contamination.
Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted areas, ensuring special attention is given to corners and areas beneath furniture.
Begin by dusting all surfaces, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Mop the hard floor with an appropriate cleaning solution, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with the facility's protocol.
Sanitise high-contact surfaces utilising a suitable disinfectant.
Begin the bathroom cleaning process with the sink and shower, concluding with the toilet. Ensure a separate cloth is used for each area.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the required standards.
Replenish guest amenities, ensuring all items are neatly arranged.
Clean windows and mirrors using a glass cleaner, ensuring no streaks remain.
