Cleaning Methods
Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared and equipped with colour-coded cleaning cloths and the appropriate disinfectant.
Start by emptying the rubbish bin and replacing the liner.
Ensure you wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with Australian health and safety guidelines.
Clean and disinfect all surfaces, commencing from high to low areas, to prevent recontamination.
Utilise separate cloths for the toilet and sink to prevent cross-contamination.
Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitiser.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet quality standards.

FailSurfaces are visibly dirty or stained. High-touch areas are not properly disinfected. Consumables are not stocked. Visible dust or debris on floors or ventilation grilles.
