Objective

Cleaning Methods
Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared with all essential supplies, utilising colour-coded cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination.
Commence by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, initiating from the highest point and progressing downwards.
Thoroughly vacuum the carpeted area, ensuring special attention is given to corners and edges.
Sanitise high-touch areas using a hospital-grade disinfectant, ensuring sufficient contact time as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with the facility's protocol.
Mop the hard floor using a damp mop and a neutral pH disinfectant solution.
Clean windows and glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
Inspect the air vent and clean as necessary to ensure optimal air flow and hygiene.
