Cleaning Methods
Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared with all essential supplies, utilising colour-coded cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin by dusting all horizontal surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth.
Vacuum all carpeted areas utilising a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner.
Sanitise high-contact surfaces utilising a hospital-grade disinfectant.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH disinfectant, ensuring no excess water is left on the surface.
Empty the rubbish bin, sanitise its interior, and replace the liner.
Sanitise the toilet sink and tap using a non-abrasive cleaner, then disinfect with a sanitiser.
Spot-clean walls and doors using an appropriate cleaner to eliminate any visible marks.
