Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential supplies, making sure to use colour-coded cleaning cloths and mops to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin by emptying the rubbish bin and replacing the liner, ensuring the bin is sanitised.
Sweep all hard surfaces to eliminate debris, then mop with a disinfectant solution.
Sanitise all high-touch surfaces utilising a hospital-grade disinfectant.
Clean and disinfect outdoor seating and tables, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and stains.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the quality criteria.
Dust and wipe down all external surfaces, including signage and fixtures.
Clean and sanitise public toilets, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and free from stains and odours.

FailSurfaces are visibly dirty or dusty. Strong odours present. High-touch surfaces are not sanitised. Rubbish bins are overflowing. Toilets are dirty with visible stains and odours.
