Government Building - BBQ Area

ANCMF-AU-GB-BA-02

Objective
To ensure the BBQ area in the government building is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Start by collecting all noticeable rubbish and debris, depositing it into the designated waste bin.
Sanitise all surfaces by wiping them down with a solution, prioritising high-touch areas.
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination, ensuring separate cloths and mops are used for different areas.
Apply an appropriate BBQ cleaner to the grill, allowing it to penetrate for the suggested duration. Following this, proceed with a comprehensive scrub and rinse.
Sweep the floor to eliminate loose dirt and debris, then mop using a disinfectant solution. Pay particular attention to any stains.
Empty the rubbish bin, clean it with a disinfectant, and replace the liner.
Inspect the soap dispenser and paper towel holder, refilling as necessary.
Inspect outdoor furniture, wiping it down with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
