Objective
Ensure the picnic area in the government building is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Start by collecting all noticeable rubbish and debris, then deposit it in the rubbish bin.
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination, ensuring a separate cloth is used for tables, benches, and bins.
Sanitise the picnic table and benches using an approved disinfectant, ensuring to allow for the appropriate contact time.
Sweep the floor area to eliminate loose dirt and debris.
Mop the floor utilising a neutral detergent, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Empty the rubbish bin, clean and sanitise it, then replace the liner.
Disinfect all touchpoints by wiping them down with a disinfectant wipe.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas are clean and free of rubbish.

PassSurfaces are generally clean with some visible dirt, some rubbish present, bins are emptied but not fully sanitised, noticeable odours, some touchpoints missed.
FailSurfaces are visibly dirty, significant rubbish present, bins are not emptied or sanitised, strong odours, most touchpoints are missed.
