Objective
To ensure the outdoor seating area of the government building is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Start by collecting all noticeable rubbish and debris, then deposit it in the rubbish bin.
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to cleanse seating surfaces using a damp cloth and suitable cleaning solution.
Sanitise high-contact areas utilising disinfectant spray and a clean cloth.
Sweep the paved area using a broom, then mop with an appropriate outdoor cleaning solution.
Empty the rubbish bin, clean both the interior and exterior, and replace the liner.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Dampen a cloth and proceed to wipe down any signage or information boards.
