Objective
Ensure the fountain area in the government building is cleaned to the highest standards, maintaining a safe, hygienic, and visually appealing environment.
Cleaning Methods
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
Begin by eliminating all visible rubbish and debris, ensuring it is properly disposed of in the appropriate waste bin.
Apply an appropriate cleaning solution to the fountain basin and its surrounding surface, allowing it to settle as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Scrub the surface using a non-abrasive brush to eliminate dirt and algae.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water, ensuring no residue remains.
Clean all accessible surfaces using a microfibre cloth.
Dust and clean the surrounding seating and fixtures using a damp cloth.
Inspect the area to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed to the required standard.
