Objective
Ensure the bulletin board in the government building is maintained in a clean, organised, and presentable condition, adhering to Australian cleaning standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential equipment and supplies, utilising a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
Inspect the bulletin board for any damage or maintenance issues, and report as necessary.
Thoroughly dust the entire surface of the bulletin board using a microfibre cloth.
Eliminate outdated or unauthorised materials, disposing of them in the rubbish bin.
Gently clean the board surface by wiping it with a damp cloth, using a cleaning solution appropriate for the material.
Sanitise the board surface using a disinfectant spray, ensuring it's safe for the board material.
Reorganise the board, ensuring all materials are aligned and securely fastened.

FailSignificant dust or smudges on more than 25% of the surface. Materials are disorganised. Multiple outdated or unauthorised materials present. Poor sanitisation with visible residue.
