Objective

Cleaning Methods
begin by dusting all surface using a microfibre cloth to capture dust particle effectively
Vacuum the entire floor area using a vacuum cleaner fitted with a HEPA filter to guarantee the removal of all paper debris and dust.
Prepare a mop bucket with a sanitising solution. Concentrate on mopping high-traffic areas and spots with visible stains.
Remove the rubbish bin liner, dispose of the waste appropriately, and replace it with a new liner.
Utilise a disinfectant spray and cloth to thoroughly clean all shredders and equipment, ensuring all surfaces are sanitised.
Inspect the air vent for dust accumulation and clean as necessary using a vacuum or a damp cloth.
Ensure that all cleaning tools and materials are appropriately stored on the trolley after use.
