Objective

Cleaning Methods
Start by clearing all rubbish and recyclables, depositing them into the corresponding external bins.
Utilise a microfibre cloth to dust all horizontal surfaces.
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination, ensuring separate cloths and mops are used for different areas.
Sanitise bins and containers using an approved disinfectant, ensuring all surfaces are thoroughly covered.
Thoroughly sweep the floor before mopping with a solution of neutral detergent.
Disinfect all surfaces thoroughly, giving special attention to frequently-touched areas, using disinfectant wipes.
Immediately inspect for and clean any spills using the suitable spill kit.
Inspect walls and doors for marks, and clean as necessary.

PassSurfaces have some dust or marks. Bins are sanitised but may have slight odours. Floors have some debris. Signage is somewhat clean and legible.
FailSurfaces are visibly dirty with dust and marks. Bins are not sanitised and have strong odours. Floors are dirty with debris and spills. Signage is dirty and illegible.
