Objective

Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all the necessary equipment and supplies, making sure to use colour-coded cloths and mops.
Dust all surfaces utilising a damp microfibre cloth to trap dust and inhibit it from becoming airborne.
Sanitise high-touch areas using a suitable disinfectant, ensuring to allow the recommended contact time for effective germ elimination.
Utilise a HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaner to thoroughly vacuum the floor, ensuring effective capture of dust and allergens.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and ensure the bin is clean and free of odour.
Mop the floor using a neutral detergent solution, ensuring no excess water is left behind to prevent a slip hazard.
Inspect the area for any remaining debris or dirt, and conduct a final check to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.
