Objective
To ensure the uniform store within the government building is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.
Cleaning Methods
Commence by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, initiating from the highest point and progressing downwards.
Vacuum all carpeted areas using a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to ensure effective removal of dust and allergens.
Mop the hard floor utilising a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
Sanitise high-contact areas using a hospital-grade disinfectant, ensuring adequate contact time for maximum effectiveness.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and clean both the interior and exterior of the bin using a disinfectant wipe.
Clean windows and glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a squeegee to achieve a streak-free finish.
Inspect all areas to ensure compliance with quality standards and rectify any deficiencies immediately.
