Objective

Ensure the Equipment Store in the Government Building is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all users.

Cleaning Methods

Prepare the cleaning trolley with all necessary supplies, ensuring that colour-coded cloths and mops are used.

Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.

Sanitise high-touch areas using an appropriate disinfectant, ensuring sufficient contact time as per the product's instructions.

Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to vacuum the floor, minimising airborne dust.

Dispose of rubbish, replace the bin liner, and ensure the bins are clean and odour-free.

Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the quality criteria.

Pass	Noticeable dust on surfaces; floors have visible streaks; bins are not emptied regularly; high-touch areas show signs of neglect.
Fail	Heavy dust accumulation; floors are dirty; bins are overflowing; high-touch areas are unsanitised and visibly dirty.
