Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.

FailVisible dust or smudges on more than 10% of surfaces. Strong odours present. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Floors have significant debris. Glass surfaces are heavily streaked.
