Objective
To ensure the service counter in the government building is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all the necessary equipment and supplies, making sure to use colour-coded cloths and mops.
Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Sanitise high-touch areas using an approved disinfectant, ensuring appropriate contact time as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and clean both the interior and exterior of the bin using a sanitising solution.
Clean glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth, ensuring no streaks remain.
Vacuum the floor area, ensuring to focus on corners and edges, then mop using a neutral floor cleaner.
