Objective
To ensure the courtyard of the education facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition, providing a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Cleaning Methods
Start by collecting all noticeable rubbish and debris, then deposit it in the appropriate waste bin.
Utilise a broom to sweep all hard surfaces, ensuring all dirt and debris are collected.
Prepare a mop using an appropriate cleaning solution, then thoroughly mop all hard surfaces, paying particular attention to high-traffic areas.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and sanitise both the interior and exterior of the bin.
Sanitise the seating area and table thoroughly using a disinfectant spray and cloth, ensuring all surfaces are comprehensively wiped.
Polish outdoor fixtures and fittings using an appropriate polish and cloth to preserve their appearance.
Spot-clean any stain or spill utilising an appropriate cleaning agent and cloth.
Inspect the outdoor drinking fountain or tap for cleanliness, wiping it down with a sanitising solution if required.
