Objective
To ensure the change rooms in the education facility are cleaned to the highest Australian standards, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for all users.
Cleaning Methods
Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared with all essential equipment and supplies. Use colour-coded cloths for distinct areas to avert cross-contamination.
Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Sanitise all touchpoints using a disinfectant spray and cloth, with particular emphasis on high-touch areas.

Clean the toilet and urinal utilising a toilet brush and disinfectant cleaner, ensuring all surfaces are thoroughly scrubbed and rinsed.
Mop the floor utilising a mop and bucket filled with a disinfectant solution, ensuring all areas are thoroughly covered and excess water is promptly removed.
Wipe the mirror and glass surfaces with a glass cleaner and cloth to remove smudges and streaks.
Inspect and replenish consumables, ensuring all dispensers are functioning correctly.
Inspect for mould or mildew, and treat the affected area with a suitable cleaner.

PassSurfaces have some dust or smudges. Noticeable odours present. Some consumables may be low. Floors have some wet spots or debris. Minor mould or mildew may be visible.
FailSurfaces are visibly dirty with dust, dirt, or smudges. Strong unpleasant odours. Consumables are not stocked. Floors are wet or have significant debris. Visible mould or mildew present.
