Objective

Cleaning Methods
Commence by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, initiating from the highest point and progressing downwards.
Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared with all necessary supplies and confirm all equipment is in optimal working condition.
Thoroughly vacuum all carpeted areas, ensuring special attention is given to corners and areas beneath furniture.
Mop the hard floor utilising a damp mop and suitable floor cleaner, ensuring no excess water is left behind.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with facility guidelines.
Sanitise and wipe high-touch surfaces using a disinfectant solution, ensuring comprehensive coverage and sufficient contact time.
Inspect the hand sanitiser dispenser and refill as necessary.
Clean the whiteboard using an appropriate cleaning solution, and ensure all markers are in good working order.
Clean windows and glass surfaces with a glass cleaner, ensuring no streaks remain.

FailSurfaces are dusty and visibly dirty. Floors have significant debris. High-touch surfaces are not sanitised and have visible marks. Rubbish bins are full or not emptied. Windows and glass surfaces are dirty with numerous streaks.
