Objective
Ensure the comms room in the commercial office is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring a dust-free and sanitised environment to protect sensitive equipment.
Cleaning Methods
Implement a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
Ensure the area is prepared by powering down all equipment, if safe and necessary to do so.
Dust surfaces using an anti-static cloth to prevent static accumulation.
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to suction fine dust particles from the floor.
Ensure the surface is wiped down with a damp, anti-static cloth, taking care to leave no residual moisture behind.
Sanitise high-contact areas using an appropriate disinfectant.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental standards.
Inspect the air vent and filter, cleaning as necessary to maintain air quality.

FailSignificant dust accumulation, surfaces have visible residue, air vents are clogged with dust, strong odours present, rubbish bins are full or overflowing.
