Objective

Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential equipment and supplies, utilising a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
Begin dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
Utilise a vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter to suction the floor, ensuring the capture of fine dust particles.
Mop the floor utilising a damp mop and a neutral pH cleaning solution, ensuring no excess water is left on the floor.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and ensure the bin is clean and odour-free.
Wipe down all accessible surfaces using a damp cloth, taking care to ensure that no moisture infiltrates the electrical equipment.
Sanitise high-touch areas using a disinfectant wipe, ensuring special attention is given to door handles and light switches.
