Sanitise high-touch areas such as buttons and handrails using a disinfectant spray and cloth.

Thoroughly vacuum the floor, ensuring particular attention is paid to corners and edges.

Mop the floor using a neutral cleaner, ensuring it is dry prior to use.

Polish mirrors and reflective surfaces using a glass cleaner and microfibre cloth.

Dispose of rubbish and replace the bin liner as required.

Conclude by lightly misting air freshener to sustain a pleasing atmosphere.

Fail	Significant dust or smudges on surfaces; mirrors are dirty; strong odours present; floor is dirty with visible debris; high-touch areas are not sanitised.
