Cleaning Methods
Ensure the cleaning trolley is prepared with the necessary supplies, utilising colour-coded cloths and mops to prevent cross-contamination.
Dust all surfaces using a microfibre cloth, commencing from the highest point and working downwards.
Vacuum the carpeted area utilising a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to minimise dust and allergens.
Sanitise high-touch areas using an approved disinfectant, adhering to the manufacturer's instructions regarding contact time.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no excess water is left on the floor.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and ensure the bin is clean and odour-free.
