Objective

Cleaning Methods

Sweep the entire floor area, then mop using an appropriate cleaning solution, ensuring no slippery residue remains.
Polish all signage and information boards using a glass cleaner and microfibre cloth.
Clean glass surfaces using a glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth, ensuring no streaks are left behind.
Empty all rubbish bins, replace the liners, and sanitise the bin surfaces.
Dust and clean lighting fixtures using a duster and suitable cleaning solution.

FailSignificant dirt or smudges on more than 10% of surfaces. Touchpoints are not sanitised. Bins are overflowing or have strong odour. Glass surfaces are streaked. Dust and cobwebs are clearly visible.
