Objective

Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with the suitable cleaning agents and equipment, ensuring all items are colour-coded in line with the facility's cleaning plan.
Dust all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, commencing from the highest point and working downwards to avoid recontamination.
Sanitise high-touch areas using a hospital-grade disinfectant, ensuring to allow for the appropriate contact time as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to vacuum the floor, ensuring the capture of fine dust particles.
Empty the rubbish bin, replace the liner, and ensure the bin is clean and odour-free.
Mop the floor using a damp mop and a neutral detergent, ensuring no excess water is left on the surface.
Inspect the air vent and filter, then clean using a vacuum or damp cloth as necessary.

FailSurfaces are dusty. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Floors are dirty with significant residue. Air vents are clogged with dust. Rubbish bins are full or have strong odour.
