Objective
Ensure the foyer of the aged care facility is clean, hygienic, and welcoming, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Cleaning Methods
Commence by dusting all surfaces utilising a microfibre cloth to efficiently trap dust.
Utilise a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to vacuum the carpeted area, thereby maintaining air quality.
Mop the hard floor using a neutral pH cleaner to avoid causing damage to the flooring material.
Apply a disinfectant wipe or spray to high-touch surfaces, ensuring sufficient contact time for effective sanitisation.
Clean glass surfaces with a non-streaking glass cleaner, utilising a squeegee for large areas.
Empty the waste bin, sanitise both the interior and exterior, and replace the liner.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the cleanliness standard.
