Objective
Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe computer room environment in the aged care facility to prevent contamination and maintain operational efficiency.
Cleaning Methods
Use a microfibre cloth to dust all computer equipment, ensuring that electronic components remain free from moisture contact.
Administer a suitable disinfectant to a cloth and meticulously cleanse all high-contact surfaces.
Utilise a vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter to thoroughly clean carpeted areas, ensuring all corners and spaces under desks are adequately reached.
Mop the hard floor using a disinfectant solution, ensuring no excess water is left on the floor.
Clean furniture by wiping it down with a damp cloth, utilising a mild detergent if required.
