Inspect the area for any noticeable debris and dispose of it using a rubbish bin and trolley.

Apply an appropriate cleaning agent to all surfaces and scrub thoroughly.

Rinse the surface with clean water, ensuring all cleaning agents are thoroughly removed.

Sanitise the surface utilising an approved sanitising solution.

Inspect and clear all drainage and water collection points.

Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.

Performance Level	Criteria
Excellent	No visible debris; surfaces are spotless and sanitised; drains are clear; no odours present; compliance with all safety standards.
Good	Minor debris present; surfaces are clean with minimal streaks; drains mostly clear; slight odour detectable; minor non-compliance with safety standards.
Pass	Some debris present; surfaces are generally clean; drains partially blocked; noticeable odour; some non-compliance with safety standards.
Fail	Significant debris present; surfaces are dirty; drains blocked; strong odour; major non-compliance with safety standards.
