Utilise a high-pressure washer to cleanse the tarmac surface, concentrating specifically on stained or heavily soiled areas.

Apply an appropriate sanitising solution to high-touch areas and allow them to air dry.

Pass	Some debris present; some high-touch areas sanitised; bins have some odour; signage is readable but not entirely clean.
Fail	Significant debris or stains present; high-touch areas not sanitised; bins are dirty and odorous; signage is dirty and illegible.
