Objective
Ensure the apron area of the transportation hub is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, in compliance with Australian cleaning and workplace health and safety standards.
Cleaning Methods
Begin by gathering all visible rubbish and debris using a trolley, then dispose of it in the designated rubbish bin.
Utilise a colour-coded cleaning system to sanitise high-touch surfaces with the appropriate disinfectant.
Sweep the entire apron area using a broom, then mop with an appropriate cleaning solution.
Inspect the drain and grate, remove any blockages, and clean the surrounding area.
Inspect the sanitiser dispenser and refill as necessary, ensuring they are fully operational.
Ensure all signage is wiped down to be free from dust and dirt.
