Cleaning Methods
Prepare the cleaning trolley with all essential equipment and supplies, ensuring the use of colour-coded cloths and mops.
Begin by removing all waste and debris, depositing it in the assigned rubbish bin.
Apply disinfectant to all surfaces, ensuring appropriate dwell time for effective sanitisation.
Mop the floor utilising a figure-eight motion to guarantee uniform coverage and minimise the risk of slipping.
Wipe down walls and partitions using a damp cloth, with a particular focus on high-touch areas.
Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet quality criteria.
Thoroughly clean the sink and tap, ensuring no residue or watermarks remain.
Inspect the drain for blockages and odours, addressing any issues immediately.
